Ingredients for Balti Paneer:
½ a Red Pepper (chop in cubes)
½ a Green Pepper (chop in cubes)
½ a Yellow Pepper (chop in cubes)
1 block Indian Cheese (Paneer) (chop in cubes)
1 large Onion (chop in cubes)
2g Salt
2g Chilli power
2g Coriander and Cumin power
2g Turmeric power
3 tbsp. Oil
1 Tomato (chopped up)
1 tbsp. Tomato puree


Method
In a pan add oil, onions and Paneer fry till brown.
Add all spices mix it together.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add Pepper and tomatoes and puree in the pan.
Let it cook for a bit then stir.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Then cook for 4-5 minutes take off heat and enjoy.

Ingredients for Chappatis:
100g Wheat Flour
50ml Boiled Water
1 tbsp. Oil

Ingredients for Chappatis with Ghee:
100g Wheat Flour
50ml Boiled Water
1 tbsp. Oil
2 tbsp. Ghee (Indian Butter)

Method
First put the flour in a bowl and then add the oil and mix it together then add the water and mix it together and then knead the dough for 3 minutes and add the oil on top.

Then put on heat a flat pan.
Get a small section of the dough and roll it out in a round shape then put it on the flat pan and cook for 2 minutes and turn it round and cook in till it is brown.
Then add ghee if wanted.

Ingredients for Chopped Okra (Lady Finger):
10-15 Okra (chopped up in rings)
2g Salt
2g Chilli power
2g Coriander and Cumin power
2g Turmeric power
3 tbsp. Oil
1 Tomato (chopped up)
1 tbsp. Tomato puree

Method
In a pan add oil and seeds then add all spices mix it together.
Then add Okra and stir. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add tomatoes and puree Let it cook for a bit then stir.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Then take off heat and enjoy.

Ingredients for Spinach Paneer:
2 bunches Spinach (chopped up)
1 block Indian Cheese (Paneer) (chop in cubes)
1 large Onion (chop in cubes)
2g Salt 2g Chilli power
2g Coriander and Cumin power
2g Turmeric power
3 tbsp. Oil
1 Tomato (chopped up)
1 tbsp. Tomato puree

Method
In a pan add oil, onions and Paneer fry till brown. Add all spices mix it together.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add Spinach and tomatoes and puree in the pan.
Let it cook for a bit then stir.
Cook for 9 minutes.
Then take off heat and enjoy.

Ingredients for Salad:
1 Cucumber
½ a Lettuce
2 Tomatoes
2 Reddish
5g Salt
1 Leaf Fresh Coriander

Ingredients for Salad With Kidney Beans:
1 Cucumber
½ a Lettuce
2 Tomatoes
2 Reddish
1 tin Kidney Beans
5g Salt
1 Leaf Fresh Coriander

Method
Chop all the ingredients up except the coriander mix in up in a bowl and add the salt.
Then decorate on a plate and add coriander leaf in the middle.

Ingredients for Whole Okra :
2g Salt 5g Coriander (Copped up)
5g Peanut (ground up)
2g Chilli power
2g Coriander and Cumin power
2g Turmeric power
3 tbsp. Oil
1g Mustard seeds
1g Cumin seeds
1 Tomato (chopped up)
1 tbsp. Tomato puree
5 tbsp. Water
10 - 15 Okra

Method
In a bowl add the coriander, peanut, chilli, coriander, cumin and turmeric power and two tdsp. of oil and mix it together. Wash the Okra and cut them in the middle but do not cut it all the way down (so they do not split) Then in a pan add the rest of the oil and the mustard and cumin seeds and put the heat on slow.

Fill the Okra with the mixture and add it in the pan then add the tomatoes and the tomatoes puree. Let the Okra cook for 5 minutes and add the water let the Okra cook till they are soft.

Ingredients for Bombay Potatoes:
2g Salt
2g Chilli power
2g Coriander and Cumin power
2g Turmeric power
3 tbsp. Oil
1g Mustard seeds
1g Cumin seeds
1 Tomato (chopped up)
1 tbsp. Tomato puree
5 tbsp. Water
1 tin Bombay Potatoes in Salty Water
½ a tin of Coconut milk


Method
In a pan add oil, seeds, chopped tomatoes and all spices mix it together.
Drain the potatoes and add them in the pan.
Let it cook for a bit then add coconut milk and water and stir.
Cook for 5 minutes. Then see if the potatoes are soft if not cook till soft.

Ingredients for Spinach Eggplant:
2g Salt
2g Chilli power
2g Coriander and Cumin power
2g Turmeric power
3 tbsp. Oil
1g Mustard seeds
1g Cumin seeds
1 Tomato (chopped up)
1 tbsp. Tomato puree
5 tbsp. Water
2 Eggplant
1 Bunch Spinach

Method
Wash and chop the eggplant and spinach in a pan add oil, seeds, eggplant and Spinach and all spices mix it together.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add water and tomatoes and puree in the pan.
Let it cook for a bit then stir.
Cook for 5 minutes. Then see if the eggplant is soft if not cook till soft.

Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add water and tomatoes and puree in the pan.
Let it cook for a bit then stir.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Then see if the Eggplant is soft if not cook till soft.

50g Semolina
75g Ghee (Indian Butter)
3g Indian Sweet Spices
1g Saffron
50ml Water
50g Sugar

Ingredients for Sevia:
50g Indian Sevia
75g Ghee (Indian Butter)
3g Indian Sweet Spices
1g Saffron
50ml Water
50g Sugar

Method
In a pan add Ghee let it melt then add Sevia or Semolina cook till brown.
Add water and let it boil then add spices, saffron and sugar mix it together.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes off heat and enjoy.

Ingredients for Onion Bhajis:
100g Gram Flour
1 large Onion
50ml Water
5g Salt
5g Chilli power
5g Coriander and Cumin power
5g Turmeric power

Ingredients for Onion Bhajis and Peas :
100g Gram Flour
1 large Onion
50ml Water
5g Salt
5g Chilli power
5g Coriander and Cumin power
5g Turmeric power
20g Peas frozen

Ingredients for Onion Bhajis and Carrot and Peas :
100g Gram Flour
1 large Onion
50ml Water
5g Salt
5g Chilli power
5g Coriander and Cumin power
5g Turmeric power
20g Peas frozen
20g Carrot

500 ml Oil needed for all

Method
In a bowl add the flour spices and water mix it together. Then chop the onion and add it in the bowl.
(and if adding peas or any vegetables) then in a deep fryer fry in mix by getting a hand full and putting it in.

Ingredients for Chopped Potatoes :
2g Salt
2g Chilli power
2g Coriander and Cumin power
2g Turmeric power
3 tbsp. Oil
1g Mustard seeds
1g Cumin seeds
1 Tomato (chopped up)
1 tbsp. Tomato puree
5 Cyprus Potatoes (chopped up in cubes)
2 tbsp. Water

Method
Wash and take the skin of the potatoes and chop in cubes In a pan add oil, seeds, chopped potatoes and all spices mix it together.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add water and tomatoes and puree in the pan.
Let it cook for a bit then stir.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Then see if the potatoes are soft if not cook till soft.
