Water 10 - 15 Okra Method In a bowl add the coriander, peanut, chilli, coriander, cumin and turmeric power and two tdsp. of oil and mix it together. Wash the Okra and cut them in the middle but do not cut it all the way down (so they do not split) Then in a pan add the rest of the oil and the mustard and cumin seeds and put the heat on slow. Fill the Okra with the mixture and add it in the pan then add the tomatoes and the tomatoes puree. Let the Okra cook for 5 minutes and add the water let the Okra cook till they are soft. Then chop the onion and add it in the bowl. (and if adding peas or any vegetables) then in a deep fryer fry in mix by getting a hand full and putting it in.
